Sacred Heart Westmead exists to educate students in the Catholic faith based on our motto “Together we grow and rejoice”. Our school crest highlights our Catholic identity and our cooperative learning environment in which we have the freedom to be, to grow and to learn together. 

We use a holistic approach to education focusing on the spiritual, academic, emotional, social and physical development of each child so that they achieve their potential.

We encourage the partnership between home and school and the active involvement of parents in the life of the school and in the educational wellbeing of their child.

Through the example of the Sisters of Mercy, our founders, we strive to serve each other and to participate fully as members of our multicultural community.
